I have a tutorial channel Friends of Motion where I teach C4D/AE and motion related stuff.
This tutorial will show you a super basic setup for interior lighting in C4D and Redshift. Using standard lights and gobos to add some texture. I also show how to bring it into After Effects by using compositing tags and rendering out object buffers aka puzzlemaps
